Good Friday is the day that Christians commemorate Jesus’ crucifixion ✝️ and death. Though it may seem strange, Christians call this day “Good” because, on that day, Jesus died on the cross to pay the cost of our sin and to free us from the power of sin and evil in our lives. Traditionally, Christians gather on Good Friday to think about the meaning of the cross and reflect on the cost of our sin and the price of our forgiveness.
